SOUTH AFRICA - BUFFALO HUNTING
For years now South Africa (SA) has long since been a main stay of buffalo hunting on the African continent! With exceptional opportunity, terrain diversity, a very healthy & growing population...SA will always be high on the consideration list for any traveling adventure seeker. Often...our first time buffalo hunters will look to SA for their initial experience into pursuing "Africa's Black Death", but don't under estimate the plethora of opportunities here...we have em all!
Generally speaking the lodging in SA is top - notch, the easy access via commercial travel landing you close to you final destination is the norm, and abundant / additional adventure opportunities for wives, families and guests is available! While on your buffalo adventure...often times you'll have the chance to take additional plains game should you desire, and always consider a visit to Kruger National Park! Its a wildlife paradise...one should not miss if time and opportunity allows!
OPTION ONE: S.A. - Limpopo Province
Here we have a 6,000+ acre ranch in the Limpopo Province offering roughly 15 bulls per year on a trophy hunting basis. Hunters can expect to be hunting 37" - 41" bulls on average, with a consistent track record of producing 100% success for the traveling hunter. Great accommodations, and a good list of plains game available...makes this one of our best options for those seeking to wet their feet in Africa!
7 - Day Hunts at $10,500 each
Price includes guiding 1x1, 1 trophy buffalo, food / lodging, trophy care, laundry service and transport from the Joberg airport.
OPTION TWO: S.A. - Limpopo Province
Offering some incredible trophy buffalo hunting on a 30,000+ acre ranch in the Limpopo Province...this is an exceptional hunt for those seeking that 40" plus dagga boy! Numerous 42" - 46" bulls are taken each year, while excellent plains game hunting is also available! Discerning hunters are provided comfortable accommodations and outstanding buffalo hunting for the trophy of a lifetime!
7 - Day Hunts at $12,950 each
Price includes guiding 1x1, 1 trophy buffalo, food / lodging, trophy care, and laundry service.
OPTION THREE: S.A. -
Free State Province
We have 2 large government reserves (75,000 and 100,000 acres respectively) with top quality Buffalo hunting / trophies!
This hunt is for the discerning hunter, that wants to hunt that "special" Government Reserve area...looking for great buffalo hunting action, fine trophies...and incredible camps / lodging. We only do 4 - 6 buffalo hunts per year in these areas...thus bulls average 42" plus, with no size limit restrictions!
10 - Day Hunts / Guided 1x1 = $18,500 per hunter (A full range of plains game is available too)
OPTION FOUR: S.A. -
Northwest Province
For this hunt we have 2 great private ranches...at more "affordable prices!" Both properties are roughly 10,000 acres plus...and only 2.5 hours from Joberg, SA.
This hunt offers loads of buffalo, great tracking / hunting experiences in the Bushveld, and lots of additional plains game, like great Nyala, kudu and sable...and crocs too if you have the inclination! This hunt is perfect for the bow hunter too...looking to try his wits against buffalo with a bow!!!

No size limit on buffalo here...we average around 38 - 40”bulls each year!
OPTION FIVE: S.A. - Kalahari Camp
A true experience...only seen to be believed - is the Kalahari. This hunt offers an incredible opportunity to experience buffalo in a hostile and difficult environment...but one that will leave you feeling very proud of your accomplishment in the end!
The area has loads of buffalo...and we can frequently find some outstanding bulls! Here we can potentially get bulls over 45", and occasionally a 50"+ bull is seen / taken! Most bulls are often in that 38" - 42" range...but the sky is the limit here, as far as potential goes!
Great plains game also, such as sable, Roan, gemsbok, eland, etc...and a fantastic camp as well.
